This can be used to export columns like Pathogenicity and TimesObservedPerPanelGroup.
Create Table Column Configuration
- (not absolutely necessary but would great speed things up): open a small sample, right click -> Load Columns -> Manually -> Save configuration (to save the current configuration)
- right click on the headers of each external database columns and "Remove this custom column"
- Right click -> Load Columns -> Manually and make sure to check the columns you need, i.e. "Pathogenicity" and "Times observed per panel group" -: Right click -> Load Columns -> Manually -> Save configuration, to save this as a configuration specifically for exporting
- right click on the headers of each external database columns and "Remove this custom column"
- Click the search icon without search term, and when prompted, click OK
- Wait for all the variants to load, and then right click -> Reports -> Add All Variants to Custom Report
- Main menu -> Reports -> Custom Report
