GeneMarkerHTS is currently compatible with output files from Illumina and Ion Torrent systems, but we are working on adding the ability to analyze PacBio and Nanopore data as well. GeneMarker HTS has preloaded panels for Promega’s PowerSeq 46GY, PowerSeq 56 GMY, PowerSeq CRM, and PowerSeq Whole Mito chemistries. However, custom panels or amplicon bed files can be created for other commercial or custom chemistries. Please contact Tech_Support@softgenetics.com for assistance.
