The default electropherogram and allele report in the main analysis screen contain the marker and allele names. Settings to display selected metrics in the electropherogram are in the display settings tab of the view preferences. Use the position dropdown menu to select the location – allele label, peak right or peak top.
Note: in order to display donor and recipient flags above each peak, you must keep Peak Top selected for the Position.
This image is typical of recipient, post-transplant, and donor traces.
There are several report options available to include height and area in the report table. These .txt files are particularly useful when performing concordance testing of ChimeRMarker results to previously used spreadsheets.
- To display the table with each result in a separate cell, click the report sheet icon above the table to open the Allele Report Settings window. Then, select Peak table, Abide By Panel, Grouped By Markers, and press the Columns button. Add the desired columns one at a time. They will be displayed in the order in which they were selected. When the selection is complete click Ok.
Use the save icon to save the table as a .txt file.
- To display the height and area in the same cell as the allele name, click the report sheet icon above the table to open the Allele Report Settings window. Then, select Chimerism as the Report Style, Show Height, Show Area, and click OK. The table will include the allele with height and area in parentheses.
