The default electropherogram and allele report in the main analysis screen contain the marker and allele names. Settings to display selected metrics in the electropherogram are located in the display settings tab of the view preferences. Use the position dropdown menu to select the location – allele label, peak right or peak top.
There are several report options available to include height and area in the report table.
- Select the report sheet icon above the table to open the Allele report Settings window. Then, select Marker Table as the Report Style, Show Height, and show Area. The table includes the allele with height and area in parentheses. In this example we used the peak size as the allele name.
- To display the table with each result in a separate cell of the table, select Peak table and add the desired options one at a time. They will be displayed in the order in which they were selected. When the selection is complete click Ok.
Use the save icon to save the table as a .txt file.
